Special Meeting

The Carroll County Board of Supervisors will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, May 24th beginning at 8:15 am at Countryside to discuss legal matters.

This meeting may or may not include a Closed Session.

NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE CARROLL COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION

　The Carroll County Planning Commission will hold their regular monthly meeting on Thursday, June 10, 2010, in the Board Meeting Room of the Carroll County Governmental Center, at 7:00 p.m.

This change is due to a meeting schedule conflict.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGOF THE CARROLL COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION

The Carroll County Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 10, 2010, in the Board Meeting Room of the Carroll County Governmental Center, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practical, for the purpose of soliciting public comment pertaining to amending the current Chapter 113, Code of Carroll County, Subdivision of Land.

Copies of the proposed amendments to the Ordinance may be obtained from the Carroll County Administrator’s Office, Carroll County Office of Land Use and Planning, or the Carroll County Building Official’s Office.

All members of the public are invited to attend and speak at the Public Hearing.

NOTICE FOR PUBLIC HEARING CARROLL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS PHASE III SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION

The Carroll County Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 14, 2010 in the Board Meeting Room of the Carroll County Governmental Center at 5:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as practical, for the purpose of soliciting public comment pertaining to the Carroll County Public School Phase III Renovation Projects. The Renovation Projects as proposed would affect Carroll County High School, Carroll County Intermediate School and Woodlawn School and, if approved in full, could result in a financial commitment of up to $30 million dollars by Carroll County for the Projects.

CARROLL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Carroll County Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 14, 2010 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practical, in the Board Meeting Room of the Carroll County Governmental Center.

The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear public comments regarding the proposed abandonment of a section of old State Route 772, beginning at a point in the ford of Little Reed Island Creek being approximately 1500 feet from the intersection of State Routes 749 and 772, and extending northward to a point in the ford of Little Reed Island Creek, being a distance of approximately 1.52 miles.
