The Carroll County Board of Supervisors and the Carroll County Planning Commission will hold a Joint Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 12, 2010, in the Board Meeting Room of the Carroll County Governmental Center, at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practical, for the purpose of soliciting public comment pertaining to amending the current Chapter 113, Code of Carroll County, Subdivision of Land, by revising subsections 113-27(1), 113-29(F) and by adding subsection 113-29(G). Copies of the proposed amendments to the Ordinance may be obtained from the Carroll County Administrator’s Office, Carroll County Office of Land Use and Planning, or the Carroll County Building Official’s Office. The proposed amendments to the Ordinance can also be downloaded here.
All members of the public are invited to attend and speak at the Public Hearing.
