NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CARROLL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
Dog trespassing upon private property or unsupervised on public property

The Carroll County Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, January 11, 2009, in the Board Meeting Room of the Carroll County Governmental Center, at 5:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as practical, for the purpose of soliciting public comment pertaining to amending Chapter 68 of the Code of Carroll County to include a proposed Ordinance to make it unlawful to allow dogs to trespass on private property, after warning, or to be unsupervised on public property. All members of the public are invited to attend and speak at the Public Hearing.
