TERMS OF SALE: All sales are subject to confirmation by the Court. The highest bidder shall deposit ten percent (10%) of its bid, or One Thousand ($1,000.00) dollars, whichever is more, which sum shall be credited to the purchase price at closing. All deposits must be in the form of cash, traveler’s check, bank certified check or money order. No personal checks will be accepted.
